MATLAB is a high-level programming language and numeric computing environment that integrates computation and visualization in an interactive environment. It is widely used by scientists and engineers.
NOTE: It is no longer necessary to obtain approval from IT to create a Mathworks account and download Matlab. Go to William & Mary’s Matlab Portal to get Matlab.
Availability
William & Mary has a Campus-Wide License for MATLAB, Simulink, and add-on products. Faculty, researchers, and students may use these products for teaching, research, and learning. The license allows individuals to install the products on university-owned equipment, as well as personally owned computers.
